What are Etihad Arena’s entry rules?
Your phone is your ticket. After buying, download the Yas Island app and sign into the account used for the purchase. The ticket QR code activates when you reach the venue. Download the ticket before travelling in case mobile reception is busy at the entrance.
The arena does not permit re-entry. Tickets are personal, non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The venue warns against buying through unauthorised resale sites.
Bags larger than 30 × 30 × 15 centimetres are not allowed, and there is no cloakroom or storage service. Strollers cannot enter the arena, although stroller parking is provided. Photography and video recording, including phone recording during the performance, are prohibited. The venue also operates contactless payments only.
Accessibility and parking
Etihad Arena says the building is fully accessible, with wheelchair seating for every event. Accessible seat locations can change with the concert layout, so contact the concierge team before booking. The venue also has designated accessible parking, a pick-up and drop-off area for people with reduced mobility, lifts and accessible toilets on every level except the mezzanine.
On officially scheduled event days, parking is complimentary in P1, P2, Lifestyle Parking and the Yas Bay multi-storey car park unless the venue announces otherwise. The Parkonic Salik system is used at these facilities, but no parking validation is normally required on event days.
What should you check before leaving?
Keep the ticket on the phone used for the Yas Island app. Leave large bags and recording equipment at home. If you need wheelchair seating or another adjustment, arrange it with Etihad Arena in advance rather than waiting until arrival.
The concert is also listed on the official Experience Abu Dhabi events calendar. Event time, ticket inventory and venue rules were last checked on 4 October 2026.
