Dubai PRC services: check the separate booking form for 7–8 November

Babylon Radio
Listen nowFilipino professionals in Dubai have a local opportunity to renew professional identification cards and request certificates this November. The Philippines’ Professional Regulation Commission has announced mobile services on 7 and 8 November 2026, but the registration link you use matters.
When checked at 16:16 UTC on 1 November, the general OFW Serbisyo Caravan form had stopped accepting responses after reaching its limit. The separate PRC form linked by the Migrant Workers Office still displayed appointment choices. That is not a guarantee of a place: check the current form and keep the confirmation if your registration is accepted.
Choose the right day and venue
PRC will be at Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road on Saturday 7 November. On Sunday 8 November, its services move to the Philippine Consulate General in Al Qusais 3.
The listed services include first registration, renewal or replacement of professional identification cards, certification and authentication of PRC documents, and certificates of good standing. Applications for licensure examinations in the Philippines are also listed. These are Philippine professional-registration services, rather than a new Dubai business-licensing scheme.
Use the PRC registration instructions
Follow the PRC registration announcement on the official MWO Dubai website, which links to the separate PRC form. Its instructions ask applicants to register and then create their transaction through LERIS, selecting Dubai as the venue.
The form tells applicants to register only once, enter their email address carefully and keep the confirmation message as proof. It also says attendance is tied to the selected date and time. Do not assume the general caravan’s all-day timetable lets you arrive whenever you choose.
Registration through the form is free. That does not establish that every PRC transaction is free. Check the requirements for your particular transaction with PRC before travelling, rather than relying on a single checklist for all applicants.
If the general caravan form tells you it is full, that message directs readers to MWO Dubai’s agency-specific registration links. Check the PRC announcement rather than submitting duplicate registrations or paying someone for access to the form.
Once your appointment is confirmed, plan the journey to the correct venue. If you will use public transport, this guide explains the basics of tapping in and out:
