All and all it takes around 15 minutes to prep and cook and less time if you’ve already gathered the seeds. The pumpkin seeds can be taken from a previous recipe which used pumpkin, making less waste. The seeds are great for a healthy snack on the go, a  crunchy salad topping, or a soup garnish to add that finishing touch.

The Best Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte

I couldn’t make a pumpkin recipe list without including the famous pumpkin spice latte. This drink was popularised by Starbucks, it is a seasonal drink that is available around every autumn. But if you love it that’s just not long enough. Rather than head to Starbucks you can make the delicious drink in the comfort of your home. The recipe includes, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, espresso and a steamed milk of your choice. The recipe takes a quick five minutes. You can add whipped cream as a topping to make it extra sweet and indulgent.
